Weddings

No matter where you are on the green spectrum, making eco-conscious choices for your wedding has never been easier.  If you are looking for ways to reduce your environmental footprint, choosing to work with an organic flower grower who practices sustainable farming is a great place to start.  Supporting local farmers can help promote a balance between humanity and nature. You can take the beautiful energy that comes from products that are sustainable and free of the chemicals that endanger workers and our land, into your special day.

When an organic flower farmer and a floral designer team up, amazing things happen!  Hi everyone! We are Theresa from Garden Party Flower Farm  and Deb from Ochre & Bough.  Together we have created a wedding and event flower company for the earth conscious, the organic enthusiast, and the naturalist.

Theresa is a 30 year veteran in the organic farming business – her land in St. Agatha, Ontario is now exclusively used as an organic flower farm.  Deb is a floral designer in Kitchener, Ontario with three decades of weddings under her tool belt . We were both looking for a change of pace; something elemental and authentic.  We wanted to help simplify bridal flowers by offering a service that embraces sustainability and natural beauty. This is how our little flower farm to wedding company was born.

We allow nature to take the lead. Our mission is to embrace the bounty of organic flowers that are sown, nurtured and harvested right on Theresa’s farm.  We aim for each event to celebrate the season. Your flowers will be designed using the best of what’s growing right in the fields the week of your wedding. Just tell us your colours and leave the rest to us! Garden Party Flower Farm is plentiful from May through the end of September.
